Mark's Training Methodology:
My approach is simply, I train each person as an individual. I don't offer "cookie cutter" plans. Endurance
sport athletes get the benefit of nearly two decades of race experience and customized plans based on your fitness level,
event, and lifestyle. Personal training clients benefit from a focus on core strength, body composition, and sound nutrition.
I enjoy and have experience training all fitness levels from beginner to elite athletes. I am a life-long student of sport,
exercise, body mechanics and nutrition. I believe in an individualistic approach to program design and my goal is to make
every journey a fun, exciting, and successful endeavor for each athlete.
Triathlon/Endurance Sport Athletes I pride myself on adapting my coaching to provide
the best possible chance for athletes to be at their best on race day, and still have a life outside of training. I'll
set-up your plan, get and give ongoing feedback, talk you through the process and be there when you need motivation. When
race day arrives, you will be ready. So, whether you are running your first 5K or looking to PR in Kona, let me help you succeed.
Fitness Clients When
personal training with me, you'll find the results come quickly. Never underestimate the power of accountability! I'll
provide guidance as we set specific goals, help you maximize the time you spend exercising, make sure you follow an eating
plan, and provide motivation along the way. I'll track your workouts and manage the progression for you. You'll just
know your fitness level is improving because you feel great and your clothes fit better. I'm confident you will find my
experience and easy going attitude is the approach you've been looking for.
