Amy Chow CTC client since April 2009 "I
never thought of myself as an athlete, much less a good one. However, in less than 6 months of being under Mark's coaching
guidance, I have finished in the top three in my age group in the three races I have participated in, including Ironman Lake
Placid. I could always go far but lacked any speed. Mark gave me a schedule that worked and helped improve me into an athlete.
He is extremely understanding and is always available to answer questions. As a top triathlete/Ironman he is able to share
his experiences and this helps to foster a real coach/athlete connection. And to top it all off, thanks to his coaching I
even got into Kona after my first Ironman finish!"

Oros
CTC client since June 2008 Mark Cavallaro has not only been a triathlon coach but
a guide and mentor for me through out the last year in preparation for the Vineman 70.3. I have worked with
Mark since the summer of 2008 and he has been an incredible coach. He worked with my abilities and fitness levels to create
unique weekly training programs that took me from my first sprint triathlon in September 2008 to the Vineman 70.3 in July
2009. The clear and concise workouts worked all aspects of the sport including days that pushed and challenged me beyond what
I thought I was capable of accomplishing. Not only did Mark create written workouts, but he was always there to answer any
questions or concerns I had about training and racing. He not only trained me for the sport, but he provided me detailed information
on nutrition and hydration. Through his efforts I successfully completed the Vineman 70.3 not withstanding the distance and
the heat. I whole heartedly recommend Mark as a triathlon coach and mentor.

Alison P. CTC client since January ’08 "I just completed my first Ironman and
I couldn't have done it without Mark Cavallaro. He created an incredible training program for me based on my abilities
and goals. He was always available to me to answer questions and calm my fears. He is a very positive person. Being an elite
Ironman himself, he possesses the knowledge and experience needed to bring his athletes to a successful finish. From the start,
Mark told me that Ironman would feel like a very long training day and it did! When I doubted my abilities, he assured me
that by the time race day came along, I would be "fit, confident and ready to roll"... and I was!!! Thanks Mark
for helping me make my Ironman dream a reality. Never thought I'd hear: "Alison, You are an Ironman!"
