Monthly Plans: $150/month. Weekly updated training schedules (accessed online),
utilizing Heart Rate and Power Zones. Unlimited accessibility to Mark via phone and email.

Week Plans (for Olympic to Ironman distance races): $200. Customized to your event, your fitness level, and your schedule.
Includes one weekly call with Mark and unlimited email accessibility.
Optional Add-Ons:
(1)Bike fit: $100

(3)Individual, in-person training sessions
for $50/session (great for swim stroke coaching, and transition practice)
Single Sport Training $100 per month (great for marathon training). Includes one weekly call with Mark and unlimited email accessibility.
Personal Fitness Training 12 sessions:
$540. Sessions are 60 minutes. Train at your home with my equipment or location of your choice. Includes goal setting,
fitness assessments, body composition testing, and nutritional plan.
